The management have put in place a policy on recruitment that we feel works to suit our setting and the applicants.
- Stage one: Telephone calls to applicants on receipt of C.V (This allows the manager to gather all relevant compliant information, qualification, garda vetting, referees, experience. Accepting Induction training offered. Finally, why do you want to work in childcare?
- Stage Two; Working interview for a minimum of 3 hours: This procedure allows us to see the applicant at work using their skills, it also allows the applicant an insight to how they see themselves in that role and have they the skills required.
- After the working interview it will be discussed weather a position will be offered.
